TYPE 1: 5TH CHAKRA
Location: throat The 5th chakra opens to the front and the back of the body at the level of the throat, just above the Adam's Apple.
* The 1 makes eye contact with the facilitator's eyes. Their eyes are receptive to energy from the facilitator's eyes. As the 5th chakra strengthens, the 1's chin becomes increasingly prominent by moving forward and lifting more and more. Energy flows from the area of the throat to the area of the facilitator's throat. Muscle tone: relaxed.
