TYPE 2: 3RD CHAKRA

Location: upper abdomen The 3rd chakra opens to the front and the back of the upper abdomen, at the level between the navel and the base of the sternum.

* The 2's 3rd chakra is receptive to energy from the facilitator's 3rd chakra. The upper abdominal muscles contract, lowering the ribcage in front and tightening the area of the 3rd chakra. The 2's eyes brighten and make eye contact with the facilitator. Energy then moves up through the trunk and out the eyes of the 2 as the 2 gazes at the eyes of the facilitator. As the 3rd chakra becomes more active, the 2's eyes brighten more and more.
