The Enneagram of the Body: Type 4

TYPE 4: 2ND CHAKRA

Location: lower abdomen The 2nd chakra opens to the front and back of the lower abdomen at the level about one inch above the pubic bone.

* The 4's 2nd chakra is energetically receptive and slowly opens. As the 4 feels an energetic response from the facilitator's 2nd chakra, he or she moves their lower abdomen/2nd chakra gradually closer to the facilitator until their bodies almost touch. The 4's eyes are either closed or not focused. The head is lowered, shoulders rounded and the neck and upper trunk are very relaxed.
