The Enneagram of the Body: Type 5

TYPE 5: 7TH CHAKRA

Location: crown of head The 7th chakra opens at the highest point on the top of the head.

* The 5 bends far enough forward, from the hips, that the 5's face is parallel with the ground and the top of the 5's head is directed towards the facilitator. The back is straight. The 7th chakra is receptive and slowly opens. The eyes are either closed or open but not focused. Muscle tone: very relaxed.
