The Enneagram of the Body: Type 6

TYPE 6: 4TH CHAKRA

Location: sternum The 4th chakra opens to the front and the back of the body at the level of the sternum.

* The 6 maintains a high level of muscle tone throughout the region of the anterior ribcage and sternum, in particular. It is as though the ribcage is held in the expanded position created by an inhalation. The facilitator's energy bounces off the 6's 4th chakra, as if off of a drum. The 6 tends to look towards the area of the facilitator's 4th chakra and their eyes have a soft focus.
