The Enneagram of the Body: Type 7

TYPE 7: 6TH CHAKRA

Location: forehead The 6th chakra opens to the front and the back of the head at the level of the midline of the forehead, above the bridge of the nose, just above the eyebrow level. There is a slight natural indentation in this area that can be found when moving one's finger up from the bridge of the nose.

* The 7's trunk bends forward from the hips and the body leans forward from the ankles creating a straight line if drawn from the rear ankle, up the leg, back and head. The eyes are often closed or may be open but not focused. Energy emanates from the forehead. Muscle tone: relaxed.
