The Enneagram of the Body: Type 8

TYPE 8: 1ST CHAKRA - It opens at the bottom of the pelvis.

Location: pelvis The 1st chakra opens at the bottom of the pelvis.

* The 8 responds to the facilitator with quick bursts of energy emanating from the 1st chakra to keep the facilitator at arms length. The pelvis is positioned slightly forward of the chest. The 8 holds their arms straight ahead and the eyes tend to gaze, with a soft focus, at the facilitator's abdominal region. The body's muscle tone is high.
