The Enneagram of the Body: Type 9
TYPE 9: 4TH CHAKRA Location: sternum The 4th chakra opens to the front and the back of the body at the level of the sternum. * The 9's 4th chakra slowly opens more and more as it becomes increasingly receptive to energy from the facilitator's 4th chakra and the surroundings. The 9's chest and shoulder girdle gradually widen side to side, and the sternum moves forward as the arms rotate back at the shoulder joints as the hands move back to the sides of the body. The eyes are either closed or are open and unfocused. Muscle tone: fairly relaxed. |
